Before You React
Most of us are over-responding to ordinary life.
We defend.
We explain.
We argue.
We try to fix.
Author note
I didn’t set out to write a book.
I’ve noticed that much of what we experience as stress, tension, or conflict isn’t driven by events themselves, but by how quickly we feel the need to respond to them.
Before You React explores that perspective.
It ‘s not a guide or a method, but an exploration of what happens in the moment before we react — and what becomes possible when we don’t.
